My storage needs fluctuate often depending on how much stock I’m keeping and how much is going in and out, and the extra storage units allow me to be as versatile as needed.”
Originally, Yesenia would meet the trucks at the facility to let them load the shipment into her units. Both of her units are drive-up units which made accepting and unloading shipments convenient. However, once the routine was made apparent to the managers, they decided that they would do something to make the process even easier for Yesenia.
“When I have a truck shipment to one of my units, the managers give me a call and let me know they are there. Then they give them the key and they can get into the storage unit to drop off their shipment. I don’t have to drop what I’m doing to run over there,” she said.
