“I live in Arizona and visit my daughter frequently. This visit, however, was going to be a longer visit. We planned on doing a number of craft projects together. I decided to pull my cargo trailer to have better access to my supplies. I parked my trailer in my daughter’s apartment parking using her extra parking pass. No problem for the first two weeks. Then I was told that trailers could not be parked there and that I had to move it within 48 hours. I offered to pay for a space, but my offer was rejected. I planned to return home early. I asked them for an additional 18 hours. I was told that towing had already been scheduled for the 48 hour deadline. Boy, was I unhappy.
I had rented storage once before with A-1, so I headed there [sic], San Juan Capistrano location. Alysa had been pleasant the first time around, but this time she turned a very stressful, unhappy situation into something easy and calm. I drove the trailer home, stored my supplies, and returned to stay even longer. First time around..good. Second time..more so. Would recommend A-1 again and again.”
