The holidays are a chaotic time of year.  Here are some tips to help you stay safe during the madness.

• Keep lights and candles away from Christmas trees. When Christmas trees are dry, they become incredibly flammable, and candles nearby are a disaster waiting to happen.
• Don’t leave anything in your vehicle. Theft cases increase during the holidays, and if you do not have any visible items in your car, this will decrease your chances of becoming a victim. 
• Keep your travel plans off social media.  Not only that it is strongly discouraged to travel during the pandemic, letting people know that you are away invites home invaders.
• Consider shipping packages to the pick-up location or your work office where they are not left sitting outside.
