“We’re a small moving company located in San Diego. We’ve been in business for 17 years and work with great clientele. We use the storage at A-1 Self Storage to keep the gear in when we don’t have any moving jobs,” Tom said.
From dollies and four-wheelers to moving blankets and cargo nets, Tom stores all of these items inside a 5’ x 10’ unit. While the location was the main reason Tom chose to bring his business to A-1 Self Storage, he said that he’s stuck around for more than five years now because of many other factors.
“The location was a real fine thing. The price was also good too and it’s really clean. I like that,” Tom said. “Some other storage facilities I’ve been to while moving are kind of banged up. They don’t take care of them. But here, if something gets damaged, they take care of it right away.”
When it comes to customer service, our managers know how to make the community feel right at home.
“As far as I can remember, Darlene has always been the manager there. When I needed to switch storage units, she was always very helpful. She really just takes care of me. I mean A+ service,” Tom said.
