Inside, Maritza describes the office as being a “one stop shop” for everything storage. You can make a rent payment, use the spotless restroom, and even get all of your moving supplies.
“We sell everything related to packing supplies. We have plastic covers for mattresses, sofas, tables, anything. We have ropes, markers, tape-guns, utility cutters, straps, and shrink wrap,” Maritza said. “We even have blankets to protect the furniture and plastic packets to protect dinner-wear. Of course, we also have many different sizes of boxes. We also always have a deal on boxes: The Savers Pack is $18.99 for 7 boxes and a roll of tape; The Economy Pack $28.99 with 11 boxes; and The Deluxe Pack for $49.99 with 16 boxes. They save a lot of money, and if they buy more than 10 boxes they get 25% off and they can mix and match the box sizes. We also offer bubble wrap for inside of the boxes!”
There is even a small office area with seating just in case you need to check your phone, or are waiting to speak to a self storage professional. Access hours at the facility are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the facility is only closed on select holidays, “There are just seven holidays that we are closed on: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Other than that, we are open all of the time.”
While convenient hours are definitely a plus, Maritza says that location is also a big benefit, “We are very close to the freeway. We get a lot of customers from different areas because of that. Especially business people, because they can stop by quickly, get their things, and leave.”

“Three of those buildings have two levels. Two of those buildings have cargo elevators that you can use to transport your items,” Maritza said.
Surrounding this self storage facility is a fence with an electronic gate that can only be accessed by typing a unique code into the keypad. This allows the front office to know exactly who is coming and going, alongside other security measures.
“We have video surveillance and we require disc locks to secure the units,” Maritza said. “It’s pretty safe.”
