Recently, our Human Resources Manager, Kristina Marchesano, has been visiting all 53 of our California locations in order to meet our wonderful team members in person. She wanted to put a masked face to the name (safety first!), and hear about everyone’s personal experience working for A-1 Self Storage.
When asked about her recent team interviews, Kristina shared “What I have enjoyed the most during my visits is hearing how long everyone has worked for the company. The average tenure for an A-1 Self Storage employee is 8 years, and many of our employees have been with us 20+ years.”
