Our Sales Associates are responsible for providing superior service to our customers in person, online and over the telephone. This position is responsible for showing & renting units to new tenants, completing all required paperwork, and following up with any pending questions or issues our tenants may have. The fun thing about this job is that it is different every day, it is a great mixture of office work, walking the grounds of our facility, and interacting with our great tenants. The ideal candidate for this position must be great with customers, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have previous customer service experience. They must also be willing and able to perform routine janitorial duties as required.
- Store Managers
Our Store managers have all the same job duties as our Sales Associates with an added level of responsibility. This position has direct oversite of the facility and the Sales Associates that work at the location.
- Call Center Customer Service Representative
Our Call Center associates work at our main office in San Diego. Their primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our customers that reach out needing assistance via telephone or internet. This position’s goal is to support our current tenants but also be available to promote sales to our prospective clients.
- Main Office
We have many different types of positions for our main office departments including, Storage Operations, Marketing, Construction, Facilities, Accounting, Finance, IT & Human Resources.
